- Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of information:
Information you provide directly. We may collect your first name and email address when you request an AI Partnership Profile result, enroll in a program, or contact us. We may also collect your assessment responses, including selections related to your context and goal, and the resulting profile or assessment outcome generated from your answers.
Course and account information. If you enroll in a program, we may collect account, enrollment, course-access, order, and transaction-confirmation information. Payment-card information is handled by the applicable payment service provider and is not stored by us in full.
Information collected automatically. We may collect device, browser, and usage information, including IP address, browser type, operating system, pages viewed, referring source, interactions with our pages, and cookie or similar-technology information.
Information from platforms and integrations. Our course, marketing, hosting, analytics, and security providers may generate records relating to form submissions, emails, account activity, course access, purchases, and website use.
- How We Use Information
We use personal information to:
- Deliver your AI Partnership Profile result and requested materials.
- Operate, administer, and improve our website, assessment, programs, and customer experience.
- Create and manage course accounts, enrollment, payment status, and course access where applicable.
- Send occasional Human-AI insights, updates, and promotional emails from Dr. Dawn Gregory, Strategic Innovation Plus, LLC, and AI Co-Design™.
- Personalize follow-up communications based on your assessment result, context, goal, or program activity.
- Respond to questions, requests, and support needs.
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, security issues, misuse, and technical problems.
- Meet legal, accounting, tax, and recordkeeping obligations.
- Create and use de-identified and aggregated information for internal analysis, research, service improvement, and reporting.
- Email Communications and Your Choices
When you submit your email address to receive an assessment result, you will receive your result and may also receive occasional Human-AI insights, updates, and offers from us.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting [email protected]. Transactional, operational, security, or account-related communications may still be sent when necessary.
- De-Identified Research and Insights
We may analyze assessment responses to identify broader trends, improve our educational materials, and support internal research.
Before using information for research or reporting, we will remove direct identifiers such as names and email addresses. We will not include names or email addresses in research datasets. We use additional controls intended to reduce the likelihood that a participant can reasonably be identified from the resulting data.
We may retain properly de-identified and aggregated information for longer periods because it is no longer connected to an identifiable individual.
- How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information.
We do not currently share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, retargeting, or lookalike audience creation. Before activating those practices, we will update this Privacy Policy and implement any required notice, consent, or opt-out mechanisms.
We may share personal information with:
- Service providers that support our operations, including Kajabi, Cloudflare, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager if deployed.
- Payment service providers when you purchase a program.
- Professional advisers, such as attorneys, accountants, insurers, and auditors, when reasonably necessary.
- Government authorities, law enforcement, courts, or other parties when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or property.
- A buyer, successor, or other participant in a merger, financing, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to applicable law.
We require service providers to handle personal information only for authorized business purposes and in accordance with applicable contractual and legal requirements.
- Cookies and Analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate our website, remember preferences, understand website performance, and improve our services.
Google Analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers to measure website activity. Google Tag Manager, if used, helps manage the deployment of approved website tags.
You may control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect certain website features. You may also use available browser tools to limit Google Analytics measurement.
- How Long We Keep Information
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide services, maintain account records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
Our standard retention schedule is:
- Quiz responses, profile results, and inactive lead records: up to 24 months after the most recent meaningful interaction.

- Purchase, invoice, tax, and accounting records: generally seven years after the transaction.
- Customer-support communications: generally 24 months after resolution.
- Website analytics data: generally 14 months, subject to platform configuration.
- Marketing unsubscribe and suppression records: retained as long as reasonably necessary to honor your opt-out request and prevent future unwanted marketing.
- Properly de-identified and aggregated research data: may be retained longer because it is not linked to an identifiable individual.

Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may request to:
- Access personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Delete personal information, subject to lawful exceptions.

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect personal information during international processing. If we begin actively marketing to, offering services to, or monitoring individuals in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions with additional privacy requirements, we will implement additional jurisdiction-specific privacy controls before that activity begins.
